The New School/LAC October conference
SAI2000.org
We visited the SAI website and looked at the Handbook for Teachers 2013 and Best Practices for Teachers
Observations:
His comprehension and speaking skills are near fluency. He did not need to take the TOEFL for his ESOL certificate program since his bachelorŐs classes, a 5 year degree in Turkey, were all taught in English.
Next steps:
Once Vedat has a teaching schedule, he will begin to observe current teachers and become acquainted with NorthStar. At that time, I will meet with him again.
