Instructor, Full-time position
Duties/Responsibilities

Teach or instruct out-of-school youth and adults usually beyond the age of compulsory schooling. The classes will be on basic High School Equivalency Diploma Preparation, Pre-GED Foundation for GED Preparation, and basic business concepts/skills such as business mathematics and computers. Prepare course outlines including lessons, assignments, workshops & demonstrations to teach principles, techniques and methods related to business courses and skills based on the materials prepared. Prepare and administer tests and grade/evaluate students’ work, test and progress and make suggestions for improvement. Provide academic and personal advice on career or special academic problems or interests to students.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering related field. Must hold valid NY State School Teacher Registration.

Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in TESL, English, Linguistics, Journalism, or Communications related. Must hold valid NY State School Teacher Registration.
