Instructions For Survey Utilization:
Responsible Parties Timelines,
Tasks, Process, , Documentation, Measurement and Assessment.
The Dean of Academic Affairs, Department Chairs, Senior
Faculty and President will coordinate New Faculty Mentoring Activities before
the new faculty begins teaching through the early months of the new faculty
member's assignment. The new faculty
member will provide feedback orally and in writing through such instruments as
this Survey. The Institute will provide
direction through one-on-one conferencing, assignment of a senior teacher
mentor, provision of job description, teacher observations and student teacher
surveys.
Achievement will be measured and assessed my reviewing
student surveys and teacher observations by Department Chairs, Deans, Standing
Program Development, Planning and Review Committees.
