*The
eight (8) writing skills sets are deliberately repeated.
Requirements:
Students
are expected to attend regularly, to complete homework assignments on time, to
bring assigned textbooks and other learning material to class, to participate in
class, and to take periodic exams.
There will be two (2) bimonthly exams. Each exam will cover all the skills
areas tested by the TOEFL.
Like the actual TOEFL, class exams will contain questions at different
levels of difficulty.
Evaluation:
The
final grade will be based on a average of weekly grades consisting of class
participation, assigned exercises, and writing assignments.
