Mission Statement: 
The Spanish-American Institute's mission is to provide effective English language skills training to individuals.
Philosophy
The Institute believes that students are more likely to begin and to  successfully complete English language training when English For Specific Purposes courses (i.e. courses in other areas that are  premised on language learning while having other content
are combined with ESL-Only courses,. 
Objectives
The Institute implements this philosophy through:
·       the establishment and maintenance of an effective faculty,
·       the development of English For Specific Purposes business and
·       computer courses as well as traditional ESL only courses, and
·       the integration of a varied English as a Second Language course sequence.

TESOL Distribution of Program Review

The Mission Statement and Goals of Spanish-American Institute is accessible by all students, personnel and visitors . There are posters throughout the school, and it is found on all appropriate school material.

At the December 2, 2017 Faculty and Staff meeting, an updated Workshop Evaluation will include a question about knowledge of our mission.

Personnel unable to attend the workshop will be asked to respond to the same question in December.

Our goal is to demonstrate that 100% or the Faculty, Faculty Student Services Associates, Student Services Associates and Administration can successfully locate and read the updated mission of Spanish-American Institute

Spanish-American Institute routinely reviews and analyzes income and expenses its stability by, when necessary a) and takes necessary steps to ensure receiving advanced personal funds from Board Members to cover short-term cash shortages b) make gradual, non-disruptive reductions in payroll expenses through attrition and curtailment of extra hours in order to bring expenses into line with declining income

Using the updated Student Satisfaction survey our goal is to be able to demonstrate an increase in student satisfaction by 5% between January and July / August and September 2018
